December 6th, 2021 Weekly Update - Holiday Season Start!
Hello Everyone! We are at the start of the Holiday season, and it is a very exciting time indeed. It started snowing here in Vancouver, which is very frustrating for the others in the office who drive, but for myself, it just looks pretty. We are almost at the end of the year, so there's a big crunch for all of us to make sure everything is finished to start the year off fresh. Let's get into our updates!
Product Delays
We have been informed that there have been delays for RWBY, D-BT03: Advance of Intertwined Stars, and Start Deck 06: Mirei Minae Sealed Blaze Maiden. RWBY will be releasing on December 22nd, 2021, D-BT03: Advance of Intertwined Stars will be releasing on December 17th, 2021, and Start Deck 06: Mirei Minae will be releasing on December 22nd, 2021. We will be shipping out on time when the items arrive, but pre-order times will be extended to the new release dates, so be sure to get your orders in while you can!
BC Flood Update
Floods in BC are still affecting postal services to all provinces east of BC. We do ask for everyone's patience as all letter mail and tracked shipments through Canada Post are being delayed because of this. Expect at least a 5 business day delay for postage in provinces in Canada until it has been fully cleared.
Shipment Updates
Mail going to Australia and New Zealand is still suspended by USPS. We are reminding everyone from these areas that we will be contacting them before we ship through our alternative shipment option Asendia. If you would like a different shipping method or for your order to be held, please let us know either by sending an email to sbtcgmanagement@gmail.com or putting a note in your order.
